3 Immune Boosting Smoothie Recipes





Watermelon C-Boosting Smoothie
  • 4 cups of watermelon chunks
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Ginger is high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory.




Orange Boosting Smoothie
  • 1 peeled oranges
  • ½ cup mango
  • ½ cup carrots
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon 
  • ½ teaspoon ginger or turmeric 
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • Optional: Flax or chia seed

Orange is high in vitamin C which boost the immune system and maintains healthy bones. Turmeric is high in curcumin which is a strong antioxidant and also anti-inflammatory. The honey is a natural throat soother and full of antioxidants.





Berry Immune Boosting Smoothie
  • 1 sliced banana, frozen
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 squeezed lemon or lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

A few other things you can try are cranberries, elderberry juice, or grapefruit which improves immune function.
