Dark Triple Berry Smoothie
- 1/3 cup frozen cranberries
- 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 banana to thicken
- 1/4 cup carrot
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup coconut or almond, or oat milk
- 1 squeezed lemon
Optional:
- 1 teaspoon of elderberry juice
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or nut butter for healthy fats to stay full
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger or turmeric to reduce inflammation
- 2 teaspoons of raw honey or maple syrup to boost the immune system
